False promise
I'm having a very bad experience with my FNB card to be delivered to me, The driver doesn't even call me but he reports that he called i did not pick up my phone, but i never received any missed calls, You have been changing delivery dates from 11/05/2023 even today i have not received my parcel. This is bull**** and i have requested to collect at the bank but i still receive messages that the delivery its on its way, but dololo delivery mxm. nonsense service

I tried contacting them again and they keep on putting on hold for a long and its been 6 days. When I call thy tell me a driver called me but the funny part is that I didn't receive any missed call notification
