FALSE ACCUSATIONS

My MTN package was supposed to be delivered today. I got no call, just a notification that the driver was on his way (5 times). When I called for an update I was told the driver tried to call me, no, he did not. Just a suggestion, actually call the client instead of sending them 5 messages saying the driver is "on their way". Very unreasonable and very disappointing considering I was in an armed ******* and DONT HAVE A PHONE which is why I need the package so urgently! Worst courier company ever, if/when my package does get delivered, I most definitely will not be using DSV again. Not even a recommendation.
