Falls promises on delivery dates
Thursday phoned to arrange delivery for Friday. Friday get a call to say that my package was accidently loaded on wrong van but they promise to deliver on Saturday between 08h00 and 12h00. Saturday, no show. Get a sms saying driver on his way at 12h53, but still no show or feedback. Monday I will most likely need to arrange to change address as I will be at office, so will delay again.
All this time I have to explain to my 9 year old why his phone is not being delivered yet
