Failing to comply with the agreed terms.
How do you inform you’re going to deliver in between 8AM to 10AM but fail such. Now I have missed calls and nobody is available for attendance to my concerns; can’t even track the order from the website. I can’t be at home all day waiting for your call, and now I have no access to the MTN home Wi-Fi service I have paid for. Disappointing.
