Failed to Deliver my parcel on time

A company in Tzaneen needed to get documents to me urgently. they sent it to with UTI with Express delivery. They failed to deliver my parcel on time and now refuse to accept any responsibility for the situation and also have inconvenienced me and delayed the registration of my car which incurs penalties as well as me having to make several other arrangements to compensate for this.
