Failed Biometrics on my own delivery
I was due to receive my MTN device delivery today - and due to the biometric check the Courier left with my package undelivered. I have received no communication about a rescheduled date or better approach other then the biometrics that clearly do not work correctly. I have already waited over a week for the delivery. I am uncertain who to even contact regarding my package and have no idea when I am supposed to finally receive it.
