extremely terrible service and communication

<p>I purchased a product online, the company I purchased from was onedayonly.co.za, their service was pathetic due to lying to me that my parcel will be delivered 5days after being purchases(11/12/16), eventually parcel was received by dsv who was advise that the address needs to change to my home address n not work due to onedayonly unable to keep to their commitment. So today is the 30th December 2016 and I'm still sitting without my parcel. Dsv keeps promising the driver is on his way....their service is pathetic and lacks every bit of professionalism down to their call centre staff. I was told their drivers do not have cell phones
