Extremely poor service
The most pathetic service I ever experienced. Spent 17 minutes online trying to get some sort of assistance. Eventually got to the collection point and then the parcel collection door did not want to open. You have one chsnce with the one time pin. Now my parcel is still with this poorly run DSV. Shocking! I picked up another parcel at Take alot a few minutes aho5- fantastic experience. But DSV really really bad service!!!! Not happy at all anf still not having my parcel!!!
