EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!
- Parcels submitted Sunday, only retrieved from the locker on Tuesday.
- Parcels submitted to the dropbox, on Sunday still not delivered by Thursday. Just to clarify, this is at the Engen Garage, John Vorster, Centurion, nearby the Distribution warehouse.
- Locker malfunctioning: When submitting new parcels to the locker, it opens up a previously submitted container with parcels. HUGE SECURITY RISK
Pity I have to give a 1 star!
