Extremely bad service
A parcel that was dispatched on 20 December 2023 and shows on the tracking site that it will be delivered before 17:00 on 22 December 2023 is still not delivered on 28 December 2023. When I called DSV they tell me that the area only gets serviced on certain days

28 Dec 2023, 12:00Now someone phoned me. She can't confirm delivery of the parc today after it has been out for delivery for 6 days already. It has to be escalated. In the mean time the person who has to receive the parcel needed the parcel 6daysbago already
