Extreme delay from Phalaborwa locker service( Impala Engen garage)

DSV is the worst courier service with extreme delays. I dropped my parcel at the service station 11 Feb. No movement on the parcel for 5 days. After several phone calls and emails it turns out they don't collect daily at all the drop-off stations and claims that they have log-in issues at the collection stations...DSV...you have to many issues and I will NOT use you again...nor will the recipient of the parcel. Courier Guy won the best service for a few years now and I thought I will give DSV a try as you are a little cheaper... Turns out less is not more.... Go with with what you know cause that is the best and the best is defo not you(DSV).
