Express delivery service not being honored
I booked a parcel for express delivery last week Friday. The package was supposed to be delivered the following Friday. The package wasn't delivered on Friday and still hasn't been delivered. I paid for a service that hasn't been delivered. When you call them they say a customers service agent will be in contact in the next 10 hours.
