Expensive delivery fees - no real service

I have ordered my goods and Sun Couriers have a beautiful website asking for special instructions. I gave the instructions and specifically asked them to call me prior to delivery. I work 20 mins from home and cant stay at home for possible delivery Thursday or Friday. .I did not receive any calls, and apparently they failed to deliver because I wasnt at home? I called the callcentre at *** and the agent told me that they do not call, because they \dont have airtime\". We`ll if you pay R400 for delivery, surely you should see that the instructions are followed, and you can make a plan...why not just say that no special instructions will be accepted...Why promise if you cant perform. This is also a case for the CPA!"
