Exceptional bad service
Not only is delivery three days late, when I phoned the call centre agent put's the phone down in my ear!!!

Please kindly note that we have been experiencing difficulties with our phone lines, where the calls are being dropped. We have also addressed agent behaviour with the Contact Centre Manager who has put processes in place to ensure that agents are monitored so that any call avoidance is dealt with immediately and disciplinary action is taken.
