Excellent service by Lukhanyiso

I have an issue with DSV not being able to contact me. Somehow they IVR system does not recognise my mobile number. However after a complaint I was contacted the same day by Lukhanyiso Mhlauli who assured me he would resolve and have my item delivered ASAP . Thereafter I received a call from DSV informing me they would deliver after the weekend ,this was Thursday. Lukhanyiso called back later and said he would have it delivered the next day. It was delivered the next day. 2 weeks later I have the same issue. The item cannot be delivered because DSVs IVR system cannot reach me. An email to Lukhanyiso and I have receive feedback and an assurance a couple hours later. 2 days later I have received my item. Thank you Lukhanyiso! DSV, please sort your IVR out
