Excellent customer service from DSV

Today was the first time I used the services of DSV and I urgently needed to courier an item. I phoned and spoke to Tintswalo who took me step-by-step through the registration process. I can be technologically challenged at the best of times and the registration was not without some issues. Tintswalo was very patient, friendly and competent in steering me through the process. Service like this is rare and I want to commend her for her outstanding customer service. I truly wish that this would be the norm when dealing with call centres.
