Every day they say your shipment will be delivered

Every day they say your shipment will be delivered. When it does not happen and you follow up the next day, they simply respond that the shipment will be delivered 'today'. No explanation, nothing. The service was so poor that I will not place another order with the company whose package they delivered just so that I do not have to deal with DSV again.
