Today I was supposed to receive my order from MTN delivered by DSV,
The driver never called me for any arrangements with me to collect the order at Site C Plaza.the only arrangement I have is that the order will be delivered to my house. All of a Sudden he called me ordering me to go to Site C Plaza to collect my card. Clearly DSV doesn’t value MTN and its clients to sending such rude people to deliver our parcels.
