DVS Late delivery/incorrect info supp**** by DVS

After receiving a call from DVS notifying me that my delivery will be between 4 and 5 on the 23rd of September and receiving an sms stating my delivery will be on the 23rd... I sat waiting till 6and no delivery... I still haven't received any feedback or calls from DVS to notify that they won't deliver as discussed
