During this week DSV phoned me to arrange shipping of my parcel,wich they then said that it will be deliverd today 23rd of Nov 2024,During the day i recieved zero feedback,where i then had to call them just to hear that my parcel wont come today because the witbank DSV branch does not deliever on saturdays.Very Poor customet service,and knowledge of their own company if they cant even book delivery on the correct days of the week.
