Dsv's ********* and unprofessional way of business

I received an sms from Dsv on the 8th March 2019 to say that they received my package from Mtn and they will be in contact with me for a delivery date. Not long after, they called to confirm a delivery date and address, however the phone is on my husbands name so ofcos I can't receive and I direct the young lady to my husband giving her 2 numbers. Specifically telling her the second number belongs to my husband's father however she needs to ask to speak to my husband specifically as they have the same surnames. She calls my husbands number first he picks up and she puts off, then she calls his father's number, him not knowing about a package at all[please note that this is the end of business almost] and she asks to speak to Mr Adams. And he says it's Mr Adams speaking and she wants to confirm a delivery date but he says he did not order anything and puts off the phone. Monday morning I had to call Dsv myself to book a date and they said they can only deliver to the address on the 14th March 2019. Now my husband works on site and ofcos it changes every second day sometime everyday his on a different site. Still I can't receive my phone because it's on his name. 14th March 2019 came and my husband waited and waited on this specific site whole day, did NOT go to any other site. Nobody calls him and nobody tells him nothing. The day goes by and I think ok let's wait the 15th they might call. NOBODY CALLS! Again I have to call them, they did not deliver. I called them the 18th March 2019 [again I'm the one calling them, they couldn't careless] and they make a new appointment for Tuesday the 19th March 2019 and guess what? Again nobody calls to cancel or say "oh sorry the drivers cat died and he couldn't deliver it", I had to call AGAIN BUT TODAY NOBODY ANSWERED. So now I'd just like Dsv to know that I'll be calling again later on to let them know that if don't get the phone that's a contract by the end of the week. Dsv and mtn can keep it and pay for it their damn selves because I'm NOT paying for a phone bill or prorated **** if this is the service I received as a customer!
