DSV/MTN Phone Delivery is a outright ****

I have just now been told over the phone by one of DSV's agents that my MTN phone delivery has again FAILED.

This is the second time that a delivery is marked as failed after no contact to me. I have moved plans and meetings around just to get this damn phone which I am PAYING for.

Worst service that I have ever seen just like every other review says on here.

Thursday, no delivery, systems aren't working, driver/courier doesn't pick up their phone. Today, exactly the same. I am so disgusted in the poor state of their service. No I have to wait for their non-existent Cape Town branch to call me again, for another delivery. Which will likely fail as well, right?

Why even bother if you guys aren't planning on delivering my phone.

Please call me and sort this thing out I am seriously planning on reporting DSV and their practices which is truly just an outright ****
