DSV WORST SERVICE - I WILL NEVER WANT TO USE THEM
I PLACED AN ORDER WITH MTN AND DSV CALLED TO SET UP DELIVERY FOR 24 NOVEMBER. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY COMMUNICATION FROM THE DRIVER OR COMPANY . I CALLED ON THE 25TH NO APOLOGIES. WE Just CAN NOT DELIVER AS IT IS BLACK FRIDAY . UNTIL TODAY I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE SERVICE CONSULTANTS THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES . I ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE CANCELING MY DEAL WITH MTN , I DON'T THINK DSV IS A GOOD COMPANY. I CAN NOT HANDLE THEM - RUDE BRUNCH OF PEOPLE. MY ANIEXTY LEVELS ARE THRU THE ROOF , BUT DO THEY CARE - ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! SO MANY CALLS TO THEM , BEING KEPT ON HOLD BUT NO SERVICE
