DSV worst service ever! Still don't know where my parcel is!

DSV is the worst service ever!!!

We booked a parcel to be collected on Friday (17 Nov 2023) for delivery by Monday/Tuesday We put in the the dimensions and weights of parcels, but they send a small van to collect even though you can see by the dimensions provided it will not fit. But then never sent a truck to collect. Monday i had to call to see what was happening and then they only assigned a truck for the collection. The stuff has now been collected but now the tracking has not been updated and no one can tell me where the parcel is! We made commitments for work with these parcels and now we still do not know where the parcel is!!
