DSV - Worst service ever - drive into my archway and wont fix Lies - No communication or ownership

In March 2018 DSV delivered a parcel. It was literally a 2kg parcel at best (A golf driver). Instead of parking in the street and walking up the 10m driveway the driver decided to reverse up my driveway. In doing so he failed to notice my overhead arch. Or really miscalculated the height of his vehicle. Reversed into it and broke it off. The next day we contacted DSV whereby the stated the would call us back. It ahs never happened. We mailed the pics and keep sending mails but nobody responds.

As per the above. I sent you a mail on 25 April 2018 regarding the driveway damaged by one of your drivers. And my husband Gary ---- sent you a mail as well on 9 March 2018 and to date no response from you.
