DSV worst service ever
I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered between 3 and 5pm and with a promise of a phone call 30min before driver arrives.
driver then arrived in the morning around 9am and only notice I got a sms roughly 5min before driver arrived, I was not home of course even though I organised to take half day at work to be home in time.
Been on the phone multiple times to try figure out a solution but keep getting promised I will get a call back to arrange but nothing.
