DSV worst service ever

DSV is the worst courier company ever. I have been in contact with a Correspondence Consultant for the last 3 days. She is unable to provide me with any information about when my Unisa study material will be delivered. DSV has been in possession of the material since 14 February. According to their track and trace function the item has been at the Cape Town branch since Friday, 17th February. It has not moved since then. According to the consultant, the Operations department is not getting back to her. I emailed again today demanding resolution and she has not responded even though she has read my email. No one answers their phones and no one has answers.

Unisa offers students the choice of having study materials delivered by SAPO or by courier. The courier was selected because we hoped that it would be faster. Clearly not. Last here, I could not take it any longer and went to collect the parcel myself from UTI Sun Couriers. This year I have a job and cannot do so.

This is truly unacceptable.

My parcel number is UNIDS 036 226 91.

Yesterday afternoon I was contacted by the Correspondent Consultant's supervisor. He promised that he would provide feedback before the end of the day. Guess what? It's 10:21 the following day and still no feedback. What a joke.

DSV has had my parcel UNIDS ********** 1 since 14th February. Today is 24 February. All of this week I have been emailing a correspondence consultant, Nthabiseng Rampheri, to no avail. She indicated that she woud email the Operations Department and get back to me. I followed up numerous times, but she had no answer. Eventually her supervisor, Colin, called me on Friday (23rd) evening and promised me that the package would be delivered to my home address the following morning. He asked for my home address, because the package was supposed to be delivered to my place of employment. This morning at 9 I called Colin to confirm that the package would be delivered this morning. He assured me that it would. We spent the entire day at home. It is now 17:47 and no package. No one knocked, rang the bell or phoned. Nothing. I called Colin at 12. No answer. So I called the Call Centre. I spoke to Cameron who said that he would give my message to Collin and get back to me. He never did. I have been calling all day and the numbers stay engaged. What is very mysterious is that Collin is in Pretoria and last night told me that the package was in his hands. odd, when according to the track and trace system, it has been in Cape Town, since 17th February. No movement. Where is my package? When will it be delivered. Absolutely appalling and pathetic service. All promises and no delivery.
