DSV WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never in my life dealt with this level of incompetence, a whole two weeks I am told my delivery is out and then the next day I am told we failed to deoiver because of time and I ask if you are so busy why dont you start with the ones you missed the previous day and then I am promised that I will get my order the next day and till this day I have not received it. I just called now and was told my parcel isnt even out tor delivery today and no one can tell me why. I personally would never ever use DSV or recommend it but I bought books from readers warehouse and they used this company and I can not for the life of me understand why because this is the worst delivery company on planet earth snd thats saying somethinh because there is serious competition in this game of nonsense and incompetence.
