DSV - WORST COURIER SERVICE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
After spending and additional R494 to travel to the DSV warehouse to collect my parcel, that should have been delivered to my door 6 days prior after I'd paid R937.60 for and overnight express service. DSV called me to tell me that they apologise, they cannot reimburse me but can definitely offer me their useless service for free as a form of consolation.
-R1431.60 on top of losing daily income for 6 days whilst your company failed to make a simple overnight delivery.
Way to go guys, ***** over other peoples form of income, as long as you are cashing in.
