DSV Worst courier ever
I would say horrible service but that would intimate that I received any service at all.
Ordered a phone via MTN. Received the sms that DSV have my phone. I waited two days and no one called me to set up delivery so I started calling Cape Town branch. No use. Call on hold and then gets cut.
I eventually call JHB branch and they arrange the delivery and tell me 11am the following Monday. I arrange my day around this and I started waiting.
I eventually asked for a manager / supervisor to call me back at 14:15 as I am now told the delivery is set between 2-4pm. I did not arrange these times when I did their work for them 1st off and called JHB.
