DSV, without a doubt the worst service.
On star is really to many. Arrived on 27 December and their equipment does not work so off they go with the parcel, will reschedule. Calls from their office drops all the time so every time I call back I reach someone who will pass the message on to contact me again. Eventualy on 8 January I reach someone, after holding on for 15 minutes, who helps. Delivery is scheduled for 9 January before 11:00. Does it happen, nope. The most pathetic service I have ever seen. Go and learn from companies like The Courier Guy and FedEx.

10 Jan 2024, 08:50Thank you to Lucia who called and tried to resolve my problem. Driver caller me to arrange collection because the time given the day before delivery was incorrect. Problem however, I AM IN WELLINGTON AND THE PARCEL WAS WITH THE CAPE TOWN DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
