DSV will delay your delivery with invalid excuses

DSV is the worst courier service ever! Ordered phones online with MTN which was supposed to be delivered a week ago, day 1 - driver says couldn't get a hold of me (lie) , day 2 - just didn't get delivered, day 3 - we made new arrangements for delivery, phone still didn't get delivered, day 4 - still no delivery and when I call to query, the constant tries to lie that I didn't get delivery coz I didn't answer my phone, I asked to show proof that they called me, he says oh no the driver must've met with an accident so the delivery failed, day 5 - says the driver can't ddeliver today coz his scanner is broken! Absolutely ridiculous, pathetic and unprofessional! I'm not even sure if this company is a **** as yet!
