DSV Very Dishonest with Customers

DO NOT TRUST DSV, Their Staff Lies about deliveries. Short Version. Ordered something, supposed to deliver on the 4th of August 2022. Never delivered. On the 5th i phoned them to get answers, cause i am not always at the premises for delivery, They responded Can only deliver at 10:30 that morning, Parcel was Time sensitive and said not acceptable. Spoke to Head Office, that communicated again with PE Branch, PE Branch told me that they driver left at 8:20. Made arrangements to pick up parcel halfway between PE and Jeffreys Bay. I sat and waited for 2 hours approx for the driver which was 40km away approx. When i phoned again, fuming at that stage, they told me driver only left at 9:30 the depot. So why are you so dishonest with customers, Lies Lies Lies, Thats all i am getting. Lodged a complaint this morning with Mr Collin Webster, I hope you get this review. Sent an email about my problem and concerns, Lady with who i spoke to she said he will contact me at 9:30. Well Guess what. No Phonecall, no Email. Pathetic service.
