DSV - useless online tracking portal

If I could give DSV minus stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DSV. I've ordered various items from service providers for my business, and these 'big companies' choose to use DSV which means I use DSV whether I want to or not. Again, this current parcel IS NOT ON TIME. What is the point of a tracking system if you're just going to do whatever you like anyway? ***** are you guys doing? As long as you get the big clients you don't care about service delivery? You are just as bad as the post office. At least with them there are no expectations.
