Dsv useless

Tracked parcel tgen all of a sudden it shows that no one home which is bs cause we were at homevand our bell works. Ur drivers are just to lazy. Now we must wait till dsv can find parcel. My son has an unisa assignment starting on Monday and he needs this package. And if he doesn't do this assignment the whole year becomes a waste. That's R20000 down the toilet. But why should dsv care. Even tge email address on their web page doesn't work
