DSV UNPROFESIONAL
Any company using them will loose clients due to their miss information they share with regards to when stuff will be delivered. They stated I will get it today @11 and when I called it was still at the depot only to be delivered the next day. THEY DID NOT UPDATE THEIR TRACKING INFO, WASTED A WHOLE DAY WAITING FOR THEM UNPROFESIONAL TO THE EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

15 Dec 2025, 15:10DSV contacted me and apologised and rectified the issue. The DSV people that called were VERY professional. It would have been wonderful if the logistic site were as on the ball as these employees. Then the app would have been updated, and I could have planned accordingly and not have the people sat the whole day waiting for a delivery that was not on its way. Thank you DSV for the follow-up.
