DSV to the rescue!!!

On Tuesday midnight I wrote a review about DSV concerning my mom's NATIS documents. They rep**** to my review and I was called very early in the morning by Mr. Lukhanyiso Mhlauli. He was so helpful and he kept calling to ensure that I am getting the assistance I need. Mr. Isaac Mpaki Mohlama also called me and traced the documents. It turns out it was not DSV's fault that we hadn't received them. However, they made sure that they push for the documents to be sent. They kept calling and sending me emails with each and every update they had. I am happy to report that my mom finally received them today. She was called by Standard bank to come and collect. I am very pleased with DSV and I apologize for attacking them. We were honestly made to believe that they are to be blamed whereas they were innocent.
