DSV the worst
The absolute worst delivery company in Africa. Biometric system is always offline, you can never get hold of anyone, no feedback is given. my parcel was damaged by the driver, I was not notified, took more than half the day to get into contact with someone only to be told that I can not get my parcel as it is damaged they will have to reschedule delivery AGAIN. This is going on 3 weeks now. I wish there was an option for zero stars.
