DSV - Terrible services and a web of lies

I have been struggling with DSV for days now due to none delivery. They firstly claimed that the driver was unable to reach me at my work address.I work at a company that is open from 7am - 7pm and there was no delivery driver who arrived on the alleged day they claimed they were here (thanks to cameras).

They then in turn want to claim that its your fault even though they are clearly lying.

They refuse to help to resolve the situation and simply brush you off saying they will have to reschedule you for some other time.

This will no equal a two week wait for a three day delivery.

DSV is terrible and dont expect service from them.
