DSV sucks!!
I am writing for a parcel that DSV communicated with me about. We agreed on a Wednesday delivery, as well as the time. I got an SMS indicating their driver had left their Warehouse. I stay 20km from their premises but four hours later the driver hadn't arrived. It is not the first time they do this to me.
