DSV SUCKS

My nephew is waiting for his UNISA study material, it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. We tracked the delivery and it showed status as delivered, time 05:30 am, while their website shows delivery is 08:00 am to 17:pm, the signature on the confirmation of delivery letter is not his. I have been calling DSV since yesterday all they do is tell me they have escalated the matter and I must await feedback.

Shouldn't their truck tracker show if they came to my address or not?? do they not request some form of identity to confirm they are delivering to the correct person before leaving the package?? Stop changing delivery status to delivered for packages that are not delivered. That is *****.

My nephew studies must be delayed because of DSV, I should also spend fortunes on airtime to make endless contacts to them.
