DSV Still do Racial Profiling?

My car's Natis papers were delivered by Wesbank to DSV Couriers in Centurion on 11/06. Wesbank promised the papers would be delivered in a day or two. By 13/06 I called the couriers to check when they were going to deliver. I was surprised when the consultant was not yet scheduled for any delivery date. Minutes later a (Black) gentleman from the company asked if I could meet with their driver at a particular spot because the place where I live (Black area) was not safe. I lost myself. How many couriers have delivered to my house? Who is DSV anyway not to be able to deliver twenty kilometres from their offices? I escalated the matter with Wesbank and need an answer.
