DSV so unprofessional

Never would I recommend this useless company. They kept my Nedbank card for two weeks, falsely claimed they had tried to call me several times which they had not done. The tele sales agents are rude and lack empathy. For the sake of their customers Nedbank must replace these unprofessional people who have no understanding of finance or banking procedures with a proper professional company. DSV you are such an embarrassment. Shame on you. Your people need customer service training. You are gonna end up causing Nedbank to lose its customers!!!
