DSV SHOCKING SERVICE

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM DSV is an understatement. Service, what service!!! On the Wed 8 Nov 2023, at about 11:30am we placed 2 parcels at DSV Lockers at Engen Van Buuren. When I got back home, I immediately called DSV, and informed them ( I gave them Ref number of both parcels, but there systems seem to have error or something. Isabell I think her name was, assured me that she will ensure the parcels are collected and delivered to Durban, and will get back to me. It’s Monday 13th November 2023, and we’ve made MORE THAN 20 phone calls to DSV, NOBODY has bothered to call back. On Friday 10Th Nov, I was advised that the parcel was collected on the 9th and will be delivered to Durban on Mon 13th Nov. We today, Mon 13th Nov were advised (after numerous calls to DSV) that the parcel will be delivered by 1pm in Durban. We later (we called them) were advised that the parcel is still at Engen Van Buuren, they never even collected. I was assured that ALL lockers are opened and emptied. It’s Mon 13th Nov., 6:18pm, and they still cannot get the locker opened. NOBODY Bothers to come back to us. IT APPEARS DSV HAS TAKEN OVER THE SA POST OFFICE. LAST WEEK THEY LOST ONE OF OUR FAMILY MEMBERS’ PARCEL. OR WAS IT ******??. WE NOW HAVE SECOND PARCEL WHICH THEY CANNOT TRACE, TELL US WHAT IS HAPPENING. THE SUPPORT (WHAT SUPPORT????!!!!) STAFF KEEP LOGGING OUR CALLS, AND I THINK THEY GO FOR LUNCH OR GO TO SLEEP. NOBODY IS BOTHERING TO DO ANYTHING. THE COURIER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2 TO 3 DAYS, IT’S NOW 6 DAYS, AND NOTHING. THIS COMPANY IS LIKE THE SA POST OFFICE, EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONING, STAFF DON’T CARE, NOBODY DOES ANYTHING, YOU LOG QUERIES, AND NOBODY DOES ANYTHING. DON’T EVER SEND ANYTHING VIA DSV, THEY’LL LOSE YOUR STUFF, OR EVEN WORSE….. Some of the people we dealt with : Choene Monyamane, Jabulile Mpofu, Makhosazana Maphala, Asiashu.Ramunenyiwa, Karabo Ntshabele, Esabel.Ngobeni, Choene Ngewetjane, Jermaine Lorenzo Meyer, Callsteamdistribution, Jabulile Ncamsile….the list is endless. Needles to say NOBODY has BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING, NOBODY IS CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING. NOBODY CARES.
