The level of service we received from your company was pathetic. We dropped off a parcel on Wednesday using the locker facility and was advised that it would be delivered within 24h. It was our daughters birthday on Saturday and we assured her that her gift is on its way. Only to go back and forth with *********** customer care team that first promised the parcel would arrive by Friday then later called to say they could not find our parcel. After some time they advised it would only get to our destination by Monday. I have never dealt with a more pathetic company. The post office with all its delays are a much better option. The parcel is still not delivered. Customer service also doesn't know what they're doing Management lies to customers Worst experience ever. I'll tell people to go with DHL or Aramex
