DSV ruined Xmas for fiance

DSV is the most useless company ever, MTN gave them clear instruction to deliver a parcel on the 24th, they had miscommunication and made an excuse why they could deliver the xmas gift on the 24th saying they only received the parcel the 24th and could deliver the same day and promised to deliver the 27th, now on the 27th they use the same excuse, they are useless and I feel sorry for MTN as they try their best to satisfy their customers, then DSV comes and give them both a bad name. I will never recommend any company to use DSV for courier services, rather use any other courier company and speaking to management at DSV is also useless as when you ask them and you catch them lying they try and change the subject
