Dsv Roads agents and drivers are full of lies

I received an sms stating that I will receive parcel yesterday I first received a call from an agent called Thandi on the 18th stating I should wait for the parcel on the 23rd March. Then on the 23rd I got sms stating that my parcel is on the way.

I waited whole day with no vail, no sms no calls nothing. The only at 18:00 I received sms stating driver can't find my address which was surprising cause he was supposed to call when he is lost but he never did.

The following day I called them till late they told me that he can only deliver on Friday or Monday because their driver called me whole day and never got hold oc me which was a pure lie. I requested to speak to the manager Faith and she **** as said she will arrange with the delivery to deliver after hours or to Pe where am going if needs be but they couldn't deliver and still can't deliver around East London. Thandie and Faith said they will make sure the parcel is delivered same day but did not do that.

They are fool of ****s and do not help people when they call what is their use of sitting in the office , to lie
