DSV ROAD USELESS AS ****!!!

These MF sent an sms for delivery today, and requires fingerprints biometrics from person that ordered upon delivery. However I took off from work due to such requests. These MF never showed up, I tried calling several times and no answer I also tried tracking via the website, and no update. Later towards the evening I tracked again and said delivery failed. No calls from DSV offices or delivery driver. These mothers P's better get their act together. They know my home address, however they now need to deliver to my work address, pointless having a telephone number that no one answers or returns a call.
