DSV ROAD SUCKS!!!!

DSV Was supposed to deliver my MTN package on6/5/26 between 9-11am. They missed the delivery window, there are no updates on their tracking tool and when I called them (5 times) they told me they didn't deliver because MTN recalled the package. They can't tell me why. MTN has no record of the package being recalled because according to them, the parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday. The last agent I spoke with told me she would investigate and call me back which she still hasn't done. I called MTN again today and they still have no record of requesting a recall. I called DSV and the agent couldn't even give me an update. She emailed the Cape Town Branch for an answer and said she would call me back. Here I am still waiting. This is not the first time I have a delivery issue with DSV regarding an MTN package. It happened to me with my last upgrade as well. No communication and when I called them they told me I wasn't home for the delivery and they couldn't reach me. In the meantime, they neither called me nor did they attempt to deliver. Their service is pathetic and the call centre agents leave much to be desired in terms of etiquette and service delivery. No wonder you must hold their line for 10 years when you want to follow up on your package. So this is day 2 that my package is being held hostage by DSV for an instruction that MTN denies issuing.
