DSV Road poor service Port Elizabeth - no - Pathetic service

I have been struggling since Friday 13 May to have a handset delivered which is a birthday gift for my daughter. Sadly, I don't believe we will receive the handset in time as the service from DSV Road in PE is absolutely pathetic. If they know there is an apparent issue with the "MTN device" used for authentication, why have they not escalated this to MTN? Clearly, it is just easier to say "it is not working, sorry". No calls are being returned, no feedback as to what is going on. Then they wonder why you are rude when you eventually get through to them on the phone. Maybe today is my lucky day and I will receive my daughter's birthday gift.
